Shipping Policy

Please do not visit our physical address for order pickup. Our warehouse is not open to the public, and we are not equipped for in-person pickups.

United States:

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
  • For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $6.99 applies.
  • Express 2-day delivery is available for a flat rate of $12.99.

Order Processing:

  • Most orders ship the same or next business day.
  • Some orders may take up to 2 business days to ship.
  • Orders with express shipping (UPS/FedEx 2-day/overnight) are counted after the order has been processed.
  • Orders with express shipping may not be processed the same day if submitted after 11am CST.
  • Delivery guarantees for express shipping services are from the shipping courier only and not Trims By The Yard.

Business Hours:

  • We are open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
  • Orders submitted on weekends or non-working US holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Cancellations or Modifications:

  • Orders cannot be edited/modified/changed once submitted. This includes addresses, quantities, colors, sizes, and/or items.
  • To change an order, it must be canceled and a new order placed.
  • Cancellation is not possible once the tracking number has been assigned.
  • Orders with express shipping cannot be canceled.

Out of Stock Items:

  • Our inventory is generally live and accurate; however, in rare occurrences, we may be short of stock or out of stock.
  • We will automatically refund any item not in stock at the time of your order. You will be notified by email of the refund applied.

International Brokerage Fees, Duties, Taxes, etc.:

  • Trims By The Yard is not responsible for brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or other charges on packages shipped outside the United States.
  • The receiver of the package (importer) assumes the obligation to pay these fees.
  • The shipping charge collected is only for shipping services to the destination address and not for any additional fees assessed by customs or governmental authorities.

Damaged Shipments:

  • Notify us immediately of any damage or defective merchandise. Include photos of the products and box to help expedite your claim.

Refused Shipments:

If a shipment is refused, marked return to sender, or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered by the customer or any other reason outside the control of Trims By The Yard:
  • The customer will receive a refund for the purchase price of the products less any applicable return shipping fees assessed by the carrier.
  • The original outbound shipping cost is nonrefundable, and orders with “free shipping” will have the original outbound shipping cost withheld.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the package is received at our facility.
