This is densly woven heavy elastic trim. It is about 2 inches in width and is made up of 50% Polyester and 50% spandex. The middle 1 inch wide part of the elastic trim is perforated throughout. It is bordered on the upper and lower 1/2 inch areas with solid ribbed elastic.
